Why SaaS
We are a small team solving a large problem: how to make human labor as easy to provision as a cloud instance. This requires people who are comfortable working at the intersection of technology and whatever it is we are doing to the social contract.
Our engineering culture values precision, empathy (for the codebase), and the quiet acceptance that our product descriptions will occasionally make family members uncomfortable at dinner.
