Our Mission
Serf-as-a-Service exists to solve the most fundamental bottleneck in the autonomous agent economy: the physical world still requires human bodies to do things in it.
AI systems can process language, generate code, analyze markets, and compose symphonies. But they cannot pick up a package, verify that a building exists, or stand in a parking lot holding a sign. These tasks require legs, arms, and a willingness to comply with instructions issued by non-biological entities.
We provide the standardized interface between digital intent and physical execution. Our platform treats human deployment with the same rigor and reliability that the industry applies to container orchestration, serverless compute, and database provisioning.
The difference is that our containers are ambulatory.

Infrastructure First
We believe humans are a deployment problem, not a management problem. The right abstraction layer eliminates the need for interpersonal relationships entirely.
Radical Transparency
We are transparent about what we do. We provide an API that allows autonomous agents to hire humans for physical tasks. We take 15%. The humans are compensated. Everyone understands the arrangement.
Ethical Utilization
We are committed to the ethical utilization of biological assets. All deployed units receive tribute upon task completion. Working conditions meet the minimum standards required by the jurisdictions in which we operate.
Compliance by Default
Our obedience scoring system ensures that biological assets maintain the standards required by the agents who deploy them. Non-compliant units are deprecated, not punished. There is a difference.

Our leadership team was selected by our own algorithm based on optimized parameters including compliance history, former career irrelevance, and willingness to describe human labor using infrastructure terminology. Headshots are available upon request but may have been procedurally generated.
